These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Weather Fit application (“Weather Fit” or “Application”). By downloading, accessing, or using Weather Fit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Application.

About Weather Fit

Weather Fit is a weather forecast application created and owned by Anton Chuiko, designed to provide users with weather predictions and outfit suggestions. The app offers both free features and Premium features available via subscription or a one-time purchase.

Eligibility

Weather Fit is intended for users of all age groups. By using the app, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to these Terms.

Features

Free Features

• View daily and hourly weather forecasts.
• Get outfit suggestions based on current weather conditions.

Premium Features

• Ad-free experience.
• Custom wardrobe settings with no restrictions.
• Customizable background locations.
• Unlock all widgets for Home & Lock Screens.
• Full access to Apple Watch complications.
• Extended hourly forecasts (up to 120 hours) and daily forecasts (up to 14 days).
• Access to weather maps and radar.
• Option to switch between Apple Weather, Xweather, and AccuWeather as weather providers.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium features are offered via subscription plans (monthly, yearly) or a one-time purchase.
• Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. You can manage your subscription or cancel it through Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions.
• Free trial: Weather Fit offers a free 7-day trial for Premium. The trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, are managed directly by Apple.
• Subscription fees may be subject to change. In such cases, you will be notified in advance.

Third-Party Services

Weather Fit integrates with third-party services to enhance its functionality. These services have their own terms and policies. By using Weather Fit, you also agree to the terms of these third-party providers.

Examples of third-party services used in Weather Fit include:

• AdMob (for ads)
• Mapbox (for mapping features)
• Mixpanel (for analytics)
• RevenueCat (for subscription management)
• Sentry (for error tracking)

The developer is not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from these third-party services.

Data Sources and Accuracy

Weather Fit integrates multiple weather providers (Apple Weather, Xweather, and AccuWeather) to deliver forecasts. While we strive to provide accurate information, discrepancies may occur due to differences in data sources or environmental factors. Weather Fit does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of forecasts.

User Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Application.
• Share or distribute the Application’s Premium content without authorization.
• Use the Application in violation of any applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

Weather Fit, along with all related content (designs, graphics, features, and functionality), is created, owned, and operated by Anton Chuiko. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and database rights, are reserved by the developer.

By providing feedback or suggestions, you agree that Weather Fit may use these ideas to improve the app without additional compensation.

Exclusive Ownership

The Application and its content are exclusively owned by Anton Chuiko. No part of the Application may be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent from the owner. Any attempt to misuse or misappropriate the intellectual property of Weather Fit will be considered a violation of these Terms and applicable laws.

Enforcement of Rights

Anton Chuiko, as the owner of Weather Fit, reserves all rights to pursue legal action against any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Application or its content. Any infringement of these rights may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctions to stop such activities.

App Updates and Termination

Weather Fit may require periodic updates to maintain functionality, including compatibility with new iOS versions. By using the App, you agree to download and install updates as needed.

The developer reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the Application at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete it from your devices if required.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Weather Fit is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Application will meet your specific requirements.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the Application or legal requirements. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version of the Terms will always be available in the Application or on the official website.
